About Us
EJB IT Solutions LLC is owned and operated by Mickey Boudreaux. Mickey was born and raised in Mansfield, LA, He joined the U.S. Navy in 1987 and spent the next 4 years serving aboard the USS Ranger CV-61 for three Western Pacific deployments. His third deployment was during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm where he served 45 days in the combat zone. He then returned home and after working several years in retail management, began college at LA Tech University. Mickey graduated with a BS degree in Computer Information Systems from Louisiana Tech University. Not wanting to leave the area, he formed Shreveport PC House Calls and began on site technology repairs for commercial customers.
Shreveport PC House Calls LLC performs on site computer, printer, and network repairs and maintenance. As time went on, Mickey became more specialized into server repairs, commercial label printer repair, line matrix printer repair, and structured cabling (whole office network cable installation). Over the years he has handled over 4,000 service events and network cable installations. These network cable installs ranged from 1 or 2 cable runs to over 200 cable runs and everything in between.
In late 2018, Mickey formed EJB IT Solutions LLC. EJB IT Solutions now specializes in small and medium business IT management and consultation. We can remotely monitor and manage your network and proactivly provide network security, software patch management, help desk services, back up solutions, and much more.
We're driven by the philosophy that if we help businesses solve their IT issues so they can become more profitable and successful, then we will inherently grow along with them.

EJB IT Solutions uses cloud base software to monitor and interact with customer's networks and end points (work stations, servers, and network hardware). A part of our software are small bundles of software called "agents". These agents are installed on all end points on the customer network and then they run in the background to send monitoring and performance data to our software. This allows us to monitor performance data, alerts us of any problems, and allows us to take corrective action, often even before the end user is aware there is an issue.
Each customer also has their own portal to log into to create a support ticket, see invoices, etc. We usually take action within minutes on new tickets. Always remember, if you ever have an outage or other emergency, we are always only a phone call away but chances are we are aware of the problem and are working on it.
